This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr. No.430 of 2013-13 on the file of Prohibition and Excise Station, Siddipet, Medak District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 34(e) of A.P. Excise Act, 1968.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court, which was numbered as C.C.No.228 of 2014.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above crime.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
