HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2069 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed after hearing both sides.

2. Having regard to the prima facie accusation made in the F.I.R, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings as the allegations are as if he tried to assault on public servant. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, the police of Sanga Reddy Town Police Station, Medak District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
