This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.406 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal, registered for the offences under Sections and IPC, against the petitioners/accused.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that after trial, the petitioners/accused were acquitted in the aforesaid case and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. Copy of judgment is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
