No representation for the petitioners, who are arraigned as A-1 to A-5 in Crime No.238 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Charminar (South Zone), Hyderabad.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represents that the investigation was completed and charge sheet was also laid on 27.10.2014 and even it was taken on file as C.C.No.340 of 2014 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
