SMT. JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2598 OF 2012 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the petitioner - accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime/FIR No.16 of 2012 dated 13.02.2012 of Nandyal I Town Police Station, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh State, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 418 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that charge sheet is filed against accused No.1 alone in the aforesaid crime and, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Criminal Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Criminal Petition stand closed.
