THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.792 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the Tadipathri Town Police Station, Anantapur District, for the offence under Sections 147, 447, 427, 506, 384 & 149 I.P.C. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that investigation in this case had been completed and chargesheet was also filed. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to petitioners to avail other remedies available under law.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
