2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, if she is aggrieved by the proceedings initiated under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
