HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36480 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 in mutating the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5.00 guntas in Survey No.32 of Kothur village, Kandukur mandal, R.R.District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for revenue would submit that the request of the petitioner cannot be considered since the representation made by the petitioner is not an online application. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would make a fresh application online, in which event, the authorities may be directed to consider the same, at the earliest. 4) Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make fresh online application seeking mutation by following due process of law,

in which event, respondent No.2 shall deal with the same, as early as possible, preferably within a period of five to six months from the date of receipt of the application. 5) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
