Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 seek bail in Crime No. 193 of 2016 registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Korutla, Karimangar District for the offences punishable under Sections 120,384,302,120-B read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard learned Counsel appearing on either side. Perused the material available on record.

Keeping in view the serious allegations levelled against the petitioners and the fact that investigation is not yet completed, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed.
