I.A.No. 1 of 2018 is filed to withdraw this second appeal. Full satisfaction memo also been filed, wherein in the E.P.No. 20 of 2018 in O.S.No. 157 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, the judgment-debtor is given liberty to withdraw the amount deposited into the Court and the decree-holder has no objection. To the same effect, an affidavit is also filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited into the court.

2. Accordingly, I.A.No. 1 of 2018 is allowed as prayed for and withdrawal is recorded and consequently, S.A.No. 475 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount with accrued interest thereon.

3. In the result, S.A.No. 475 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, shall stand dismissed.
