THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 18923 and 18924 of 2016 IN/AND Crl.P.No.16777 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Crl.MP.Nos 18923 and 18924 of 2016 are filed under Sections 320 (6) and 320 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. to permit the petitioner to compound the offence in C.C.No.1419 of 2015 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad for the offence under Section 452, 324, 427 read with Section 34 IPC of Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad and to record the compromise between the parties respectively.

Both parties appeared in person and they are identified by their respective counsel, produced photo copies of aadhar cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry both parties represented that they entered into the compromise due to intervention of elders being neighbours to lead peaceful life without any differences among neighbours. Since, compromise is in the interest of both parties to lead peaceful life in future, I find it is a fit case to grant permission to compound the offence.

Accordingly, both petitions are allowed.

Crl.P.No.16777 of 2016:

In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.Nos 18923 and 18924 of 2016, this petition is allowed. No costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
