THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17306 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, is not taking necessary action upon his application for issuance of a pattadar passbook and title deed in relation to the subject land. The petitioner appears to have submitted an application in the prescribed format through the internet.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law and take appropriate action thereon within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
