This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.150 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Yemmiganur Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law. Permission is granted.
