HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36500 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed questioning the inaction of the respondent authorities in considering the representation dated 06.04.2018, submitted for allotment of the agricultural land in Survey Nos.482/AS and 482/AF situated at Vankayalapadu village, Yedlapadu mandal, Guntur District, inspite of the resolution passed by the Vankayalapadu Gram Panchayat, dated 23.08.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent - authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 06.04.2018, as early as possible. 4) Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said representation is in accordance with law, the same would be dealt with at the earliest.

5) Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and deal

with the representation dated 06.04.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking assignment of land under Ex-Serviceman quota, if she is otherwise entitled to, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
