THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.638 of 2015 ORDER:

The following Order is passed at the admission stage: Upon hearing both sides and perusing the FIR and the statements of the witnesses, this Court is of the opinion that in view of strong prima facie case, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the fact petitioners/A.2 and A.3 are women and there are no chances of petitioners/accused absconding, the Police of Jawahar Nagar, Cyderabad, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused No.2 and 3 during the course of investigation. The petitioners/accused No.2 and 3 are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
