This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.361 of 2018 of Moinabad Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of I.P.C.

During the course of hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the sole respondent-State submitted that so far, no case is made out against the petitioner herein in the instant crime.

The said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The police concerned shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner herein in the instant crime. 4 .

This Criminal Petition is ordered accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
