HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.705 of 2015 ORDER:

On hearing both sides, at the admission stage the following order is passed.

A perusal of FIR would show that petitioners/A2 and A3 along A1 said to have threatened complainant and later the deceased committed suicide. Having regard to the prima facie accusation against the petitioners, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings against them. However, considering the request of the petitioners, bail is granted to them on the condition of petitioners/A2 and A3 surrendering before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banaganapally, Kurnool District on or before 23.02.2015. On such surrender, they shall be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the said Court. The petitioners are directed to co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

This Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
