This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of judgment dated 29.12.2017 in S.A.No.1339 of 2017. 2.

At the hearing, the contemnor is personally present. The learned counsel representing him submitted that in due compliance of the aforementioned judgment, the contemnor has paid the entire arrears of rent and also vacated the demised premises. 3.

Mr.Ravi Cheemalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner admitted the said submission.

In the light of the above, the contempt case is closed and the contemnor is discharged from contempt.
