The belated investigation in FIR No. 12 of 2013 dt. 23.04.2013 is complained in this petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the investigation is completed and respondent No.3 is taking steps to file a report under Section 173 of Code of Criminal Procedure by serving a copy on the petitioner. The statement is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
