HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 6 4 8 7 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, I.Polavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, dated 31.10.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

On the basis of the said instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that after obtaining permission from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Amalapuram vide C.No.388/ RFD/ SDPO-A/ 2018, dated 31.07.2018 and after serving notice to the complainant on 31.07.2018, the final report as false was filed before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mummidivaram, on 01.08.2018 vide S.R.No.2246/ 2018. In view of the same, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open to him, in accordance with law, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
