Since it is stated that application of the petitioner dated 12.07.2016 is pending before the 4th respondent for issuance of pahanies from 20092010 showing the petitioner as pattedar and possessor, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 12.07.2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
