These applications are filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the claim petitions before the Official Liquidator in respect of the company under liquidation.

In the circumstances stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these applications are ordered and the Official Liquidator shall consider the claims submitted by the applicants in accordance with law if the claims are maintainable. The applicants are given liberty to file fresh Form No.66 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
