THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8601 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 in C.C.No.754 of 2012 on the file of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tirupathi. 2 . When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to urge the factual and legal aspects, which are urged in the present petition, before the trial Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4 . Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
