I.A.No.1 of 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 11.12.2025 in Crl.P.No.16377 of 2025.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Hon'ble XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in paragraph No.6(i) is replaced with 'Special Judicial First Class Excise Magistrate-cum-V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-V Additional Junior Civil Judge, L.B. Nagar at Ranga Reddy District'.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
