Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and, with their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2 (District Collector, Chittoor District) to consider her representations dated 01.01.2016 and 06.09.2016 for allotment of land in Sy.No.98/1, Errammaraju Palli Village, Karvetinagar Mandal, Chittoor District for establishment of dairy farm.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) expresses ignorance of the fact as to whether G.O.Ms.No.607 dated 11.10.2012 is in force and whether respondent No.2 can consider the representations of petitioner.

Having regard to the above, if G.O.Ms.No.607 dated 11.10.2012 is still in force in the State of Andhra Pradesh, and if respondent No.2 is empowered to consider the representations dated 01.01.2016 and 06.09.2016 made by the petitioner, the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, as early as possible.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
