Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 31.10.2018 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
