HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 37029 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Revenue and learned counsel for the Caveator. With the consent of all parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of Tahsildar, Penagaluru Mandal in amending the entries in the online record, by deleting the name of petitioner as pattadar, in respect of the land in Survey No. 731/ 2, admeasuring Ac.4.95 cents, situated at Singareddipalli Village, Penagaluru Mandal, YSR Kadapa district, and the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajampet, passed in R.Dis.NB/ 1062/ 2017, dated 02.06.2018, and also the action of the revisional authority in not numbering and disposing of the revision dated 08.08.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that if the revision filed by the petitioner is pending, the same will be dealt with in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, if the revision filed by the petitioner against the orders of the Revenue Divisional

Officer, along with the stay application, is pending consideration, the revisional authority shall dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If it is not possible for the revisional authority to dispose of the revision within the time fixed, he shall dispose of the stay application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
