ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated15.11.2011, in Writ Petition No.16705 of 2010.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court memo No.49288/Assn.V(2)/2009, dated 05.11.2015, of the Principal Secretary to Government, whereunder the Government has directed respondent No.1 to allot alternate Government land to an extent of Ac.0.08 cents in Survey No.528/10 of Peruru Village, Tirupati (Rural Mandal), Chittoor District, to the petitioner in view of her patta land taken for formation of approach road. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (Andhra Pradesh) further submitted that in pursuance of the said memo, possession of the said land was handed over to the petitioner. These submissions are not disputed by Mr. P.Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of the above uncontroverted submissions of learned Government Pleader which are taken on record, the Contempt Case is closed.
