The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenging the inaction of the 4th respondent. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner gave a representation seeking to grant police aid to execute the order dated 21.8.2014 passed in I.A.No.217 of 2014 in O.S.No.336 of 2014 by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, the petitioner did not get any relief.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that in order to execute an interim order, the petitioner should have approached the Court, which granted interim injunction instead of making representation before the 4th respondent.

Considering the rival contentions, this Court is of the view that even though the petitioner should have approached the Court concerned, which granted interim injunction, but in view of the representation made by the petitioner to the 4th respondent, he is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 5.
