THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.28561 of 2014 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner.
A perusal of the record reveals that the writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not including the intake of petitioner-Colleges in B-Pharmacy Programme in the counselling notified on 18.09.2014 by respondent No.3 for allotment of students from Bi.P.C. stream in Intermediate Course, as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently, sought a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to allot students to the petitioner-Colleges in respect of B-Pharmacy Course for the intake approved by respondent No.5, and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass interim order dated 22.09.2014 directing the respondents to include the petitioner-Colleges in the Web counselling for making admissions in B-Pharmacy Programme and in view of the said interim order, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
