After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

The investigation shall go on. However, the police of Devanpalli PS, Nizamabad District are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A1 and A2 in Crime No.265 of 2014 during the course of investigation. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
