Sri G. Purushotham Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed I.A.No.1 of 2020 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition. He also filed a letter dated 10.02.2020 to that effect. Permission is accorded and I.A.No.1 of 2020 is ordered. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
