In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners/A1, A2, A7 and A8 seek to quash the proceedings against them in F.I.R.No.50 of 2013 of Lingal Police Station, Mahabubnagar District. While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter dated 20-6-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Lingal Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, would submit that in this case, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the case was registered as S.C.No.72 of 2014 pending on the file of VII A.D.S.J., Mahabubnagar and prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
