Chappidi Chandra Shekar, v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1824 OF 2015 ORDER:
At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Since the charge sheet contains prima facie allegations against present petitioners/A3 & A4 also, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submissions of learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners/A3 & A4 are brother-in-law and sister of A1 and that they are residing separately and their attendance to the court on every occasion will cause hardship to them, their attendance in C.C.No. 56 of 2015 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar at Cyberabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their presence. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ U.
