SESHA SAI PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No.39 of 2012 & CONTEMPT CASE No.609 of 2013 PC: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Mr. T.C.D. Shekar, learned counsel holding for Mr. P. Venugopal, advocate on record for the petitioner, submits that in view of the subsequent events, the public interest litigation as well as the contempt case does not survive.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the public interest litigation and the contempt case are accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
