When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim orders dated 13.11.2002 passed by this Court in WPMP No.28345 of 2002, the petitioner was re-engaged by the respondents and, therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
