THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1013 OF 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner -judgment debtor assailing the order, dated 26.02.2014, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gooty, passed in E.P.No.156 of 2011 in O.S.No.282 of 2006.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner - judgment debtor.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the E.P. itself was disposed of on 10.10.2017. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
