THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.14186 of 2016 O R D E R:

The second respondent lodged a complaint for the offence punishable under Sections 138 & 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence. Further, there are no specific allegations and the case has been falsely registered against the petitioner and that the trial in the case is not yet commenced. Therefore, prayed the Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner till the trial is commenced.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.337 of 2016 on the file of the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad Is dispensed with till the commencement of the trial. Further, the petitioner is directed to attend the Court as and when required.

With this observation, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
