The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with a liberty to canvass all contentions in the O.P.

2. Granting liberty as sought, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Court below shall expeditiously dispose of the O.P. preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
