THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3214 OF 2016 ORDER:

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 08.08.2018 before the Registry to the effect that he has received telephonic instructions from the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case as they have settled the matter out of Court. The said letter dated 08.08.2018 is made part of the record.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
