At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the parties bring to the notice of the Court that Writ Petition No.37128 of 2015 was heard and disposed of by order dated 07-12-2015. Since this appeal is directed against the interim order in WPMP No.47796 of 2015 passed in the said writ petition, the cause in the appeal does not survive.

The writ appeal is dismissed by leaving it open to the appellants to challenge the final order in Writ Petition No.37128 of 2015, if they so desire.
