Sri Akshit Sanghi, learned counsel representing Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform this Court that the cause in this Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication as the subject appeal has already been disposed of by the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
