Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. The present Criminal Petition came to be filed under Sections and Cr.P.C.

by the petitioner/A.1seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.169 of 2015 of Annavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) read with 20 (b) (ii) (c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 316 Kgs of Ganga, which is a commercial quantity. A perusal of the material on record would show that earlier vide order dated 09.12.2015 in Criminal Petition No.12724 of 2015, this Court dismissed the request made by the petitioner for grant of bail. No change of circumstances, either on facts or on law are noted, from the date of dismissal of the last bail application. There being no change in the circumstances of the case, the request of the petitioner to enlarge him on bail cannot be considered.
