The petitioner in the present Civil Revision Petition is the father, whereas the respondent is the mother. They had 6 years of child born out of their wedlock. He is studying in a School. The father filed O.P.No.107 of 2014 under Sections 10 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad and the same is pending. In the said O.P.No.107 of 2014, I.A.No.54 of 2014 is filed by the father seeking to grant interim custody of the minor son Master Elijay Arthur Dass or permit him to have visitation rights every day subject to the condition that the Court may impose. The learned Judge, Family Court, considered the case and allowed the petition permitting the petitioner to have visitation rights to his son twice in a month i.e. second Sunday and fourth Sunday from 10.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. at the residence of the respondent, by his order dated 16-12-2014. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the father

stating that it is very difficult for him to visit his child in the residence of the respondent in view of the strained relationship. Learned counsel for the respondent, on the other hand, submits that it is not possible for the respondent to produce the child between 10.00 A.M. and 2.00P.M. as the Church continues up to 12.00 P.M. In the circumstances, the order dated 16-12-2014 in I.A.No.54 of 2014 in FCOP.No.107 of 2014 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, is modified by granting visitation rights to the petitioner to see his minor son Master Elijay Arthur Dass twice in a month i.e. second Sunday and fourth Sunday from 12.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M. in the premises of Lalaguda Police Station, which is stated to be situated near the residence of the respondent.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner should be given visitation rights for four Sundays in the month but in view of strained relationship and fresh attempt made in the present application for developing the acquaintance; this Court is not inclined to grant his request for the time being. However, it is open to the petitioner to renew his request to the learned Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, as and when the occasion warrants. __________________________ A.
