THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY COMPANY APPLICATION No.1328 of 2015 in R.C.C.No.5 of 1993 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, by the Official Liquidator attached to this Court acting as Liquidator of M/s.A.P.Scooters Ltd., (in liquidation), seeking approval of half-yearly account of the above named Company for the period from 01.04.2014 to 30.09.2014.

Along with the application, the Auditor's Report, dated 29.07.2015, submitted by M/s.Padmanabha Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants, the affidavit of the Official Liquidator verifying the account and the statement of account are also enclosed. After perusing all these documents and after hearing Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator, the half-yearly account submitted in respect of M/s.A.P.Scooters Ltd., (in liquidation) is hereby approved.
