From bare perusal of the prayer made in the petition, it is clear that the petition has rendered infructuous, since 2015-16 marketing season got over in December, 2015. This is not in dispute. Hence, the Public Interest Litigation is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
