THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5257 OF 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed to grant temporary injunction against the respondent during pendency of suit in O.S.(SR) No.3800 of 2013 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kavali, while there was an agitation for Samykhyaandhra, but now the courts are functioning.

Therefore, registry is directed to return the material papers so as to enable the petitioner to approach the appropriate court. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
