THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 751 OF 2015 O R D E R:

In view of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No. 27530 of 2008 and batch on 06.11.2014 holding that the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board, the 1st respondent herein answers the description of 'a local authority' and consequently, all service disputes vis-à-vis the said Board by its employees will have to be got resolved, at the first instance, by approaching the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, the Registry is directed to return the papers in this Writ Petition to the learned counsel for the petitioners to enable him to produce the same before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, immediately.
