The case of the petitioners is that their GPA holder by name G.Krishna Rao made applications on 24-10-2016, 28-11-2016 and 23-12-2016 for on line the I-B register entries relating to the agricultural property admeasuring Ac.3-90 cents and 3-18 cents in Sy.Nos 28/2 and 28/3 of Kommadi Village, Visakhapatnam respectively is pending before the 3rd respondent. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the applications are pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the applications dated 24-10-2016, 28-11-2016, and 23-12-2016 made by the GPA holder of the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
