THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 17436 OF 2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the tender-cum-auction sale notice dated 29.04.2016 issued by the Union Bank of India proposing to hold the auction of the secured asset on 27.06.2016.

It is now represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the sale was held successfully.

That being so, challenge in this writ petition to the impugned notice alone does not survive for consideration.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law if they are aggrieved by the sale that took place.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
